We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships.

We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States: All 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii may have extended delivery times)
- Canada: All provinces and territories
- United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland
- European Union: All EU member countries
- Australia: All states and territories

International Orders
For international orders, please note:
- Delivery times typically range from 10-25 business days depending on the destination
- Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs
- Customs processing can cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about potential import fees before placing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for Express shipping orders
- Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or content
- Certain products cannot be shipped internationally due to regulations
- We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost (no tracking updates for 7+ days or marked delivered but not received), please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents immediately. Contact us within 48 hours at support@twylly.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to modify or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@twylly.com. We can usually accommodate changes if your order hasn't been processed yet. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
