Our Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Return

Initiate Return

Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer service.

Pack Your Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Ship It Back

Use the prepaid shipping label provided and drop off at your nearest carrier location.

Get Your Refund

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item. Simply initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@twylly.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
